Bullet Journal

There are many systems with which you can plan things for a day, a week or a month, determine the daily routine, and finally, record everything that cannot be forgotten. One of the most efficient and at the same time flexible of them is the Bullet Journal system.
Keeping a diary using this system is not difficult to confuse with the usual keeping of a diary, but the differences are still very significant.
The first is the shape of the planner itself. As a rule, standard diaries are bought ready-made: they already have special pages for phone numbers and addresses, a calendar, in some cases even a world map - and other very useful information. In addition, the cover on them is also ready-made, and if it is not monochromatic or made of the wrong material, it will not work to supplement it with your own decor elements.
Unlike standard diaries, the vast majority of planners can be made independently. For this, the most ordinary notebook is suitable - of any convenient format, with any paper ruler (or even without it at all). Here, which is especially pleasing to creative individuals, you can give free rein to imagination, and hence the following characteristic feature.
This feature lies in the design methods. One way or another, if the layout is pre-applied to the sheets of the diary, then the layout of the planner remains with the owner. So, for example, the sheets of most ready-made diaries in a cage or in a ruler, and not everyone likes this. As for the Bullet Journal glider, in the absence of markup, you can independently decide where to draw it: many people like to draw tables and graphs (for example, to track mood or financial expenses), but they are not required for the rest of the planner. Well, there, of course, everyone acts in accordance with their taste and their needs: some limit themselves to the minimalist style of writing Bullet Journal, while others prefer to make the spreads brighter.
The third difference is, of course, filling. These can be to-do lists, long-term plans, collections - for example, books that you want to read for a long time, or films that you still can't watch - habit or finance trackers, and much more. Many even refuse to keep Bullet Journals like diaries, preferring something more personal and less obliging to fill out every day (for example, readers' diaries, stories about some important events, and the like).
With this filling method, there is no need to worry about missing a date.
Of course, a reasonable question arises: how does the Bullet Journal differ from the same diary? In fact, this is one of the forms of its conduct. Originally a planning system, this method has gradually evolved into one of the art forms. To be convinced of this, it is enough to find on YouTube or Instagram get comments on instagram the profiles of users who post the pages of their planners and tell about their filling. There are no two identical diaries according to this system, because both the methods of their design and the content are very different.
Well, to understand how this system became so popular, you can try it yourself. To do this, you do not have to buy huge sets of stationery - a notepad, a few pens and highlighters, as well as imagination will be enough.
